Help to connect a Strain Gauge to Arduino board

Hello,

can anyone help me with the connection of the Strain Gauge to the Arduino board and also if there is need of adding any resistor

this is the Strain Gauge

to who does not know what is the Strain Gauge,
it converts the mechanical strain into an electrical output signal.

I'm pretty sure you will need to incorporate a wheatstone bridge. If that doesn't' work i'm guessing an amplification circuit is needed. It's been years since I've messed with these things, but i recall there were tiny voltage changes relative to elongation.
