I really need your kind help here.
I am currently doing a small experiment on GSM. I have 10 voice (.wav) files in PCM format with lengths of less than 3 seconds each. I need to put them through a GSM FR coding/decoding and get the final (receiver-side) voice signal (.wav too). I was having an understanding with someone (who has the tools) to do that for me. Unfortunately, he had to go for an urgent travel leaving me with no data. 
I am in a real tight schedule right now. I appreciate your help in generating the GSM FR output wav files for the attached 10 voice inputs.
