Hello everyone, I have made a speedometer using reed switch. I want to display the speed on 7 - segment displays. I know a 4 digit 7 - seven segment display is available to purchase but I don't have it. I have 4 individual 7 segment displays. I am not able to figure out how to display the number which is a number having 2 digits before the decimal point and 2 after it e.g. 12.34. I also fear that this will eat up a lot of digital pins. I want a sketch which will make this work with lesser pins. I also have a couple of 7447s with me. Please suggest considering I can't purchase any more hardware as I don't have time left for it.
