Me and some friends have a school project , where we gonna build a wireless transmitting audio, where we gonna transmitt audio by wifi to smartphones.
Look at the picture for more information.
I was wondering if i can use "Arduino WiFi shield" as transmitting the Audio , and how many devices can you connect to Arduino wifi shield? Any one got better idea please share
Thnx!
I'm not going to say you can't do this with an Arduino, but I'm guessing it's going to be really limited in terms of how many clients you could ultimately serve. I'd bet a MUCH better solution, assuming you need more than one or two clients at a time, would be a Raspberry Pi.
Hello Ionomis,
I also had the same idea to design a audio transmitter that travels on WIFI, and I was giving a look at precisely Scudo wifi.
I think you have to create a server on the master Arduino Scudo of issuing a DHCP client to always Arduino Scudo that we want to connect.
Do you think this is the right way?
