Help with a Smartshield and relay project

I am using the following Shields:

Arduino Uno Rev3
Seeed Relay Shield Relay Shield v3.0 - Seeed Studio
SmartThings Shield https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/213652126-SmartThings-Shield-for-Arduino

The object of my application is to activate two relays when a command is issued.

If the On command is sent then relay1 would be energized for one second, then when the off command is sent relay2 is energized for one second. If someone can look at my code and tell me where I am going wrong I would appreciate it

We know what the code should do, but not what it actually does. Care to clue us in?

it does not trigger the relays as I had hoped! I added lines of code to designate which relays to trigger on pins 7 and 6. the boards are stacked and there is no interference between pins being assigned different modes.

My car won't start. Can you fix it, over the phone? Of course not, if I won't even tell you what happens when I try. It could be something as simple as a dead battery. Or, it could be something as stupid as I lost the key.

You have NOT told us what DOES happen. All you have managed, so far, is to tell us what it doesn't do.

Until you provide the needed details, no one can help you "asset with the correction". Whatever that means.
