Is this the place to help with an account problem? If so...
My normal account MichaelAtOz is locked-up somehow.
I can get a new password, click the link in the email, it does it's stuff, then goes to the login page.
I enter the password from the email, it says 'Username not exist'! But it does....really...you just emailed me...remember...
Where can I get help.
