Does /dev/cu-Bluetooth disappear from the IDE when you disconnect the board?
Anything connected to pins 0 and 1; that will interfere with uploads. Anything else connected?
When you press and release the reset button, does the L-LED flash couple of time (I think 3) in quick succession?
Did it work in the past?
Can you upload e.g. blink if you disconnect everything (except USB with the PC)?
