folks I bought one of the laser engraver things using drive motors that works with a program called laser had my granddaughters playing with it and it stop could them playing with the reset button have wiped the sript off of it. if it does where can I get a new script from to download to it

The Reset button doesn't wipe the sketch. (On an Arduino Due, there is an Erase button however.)
If you know the manufacturer of the thing, they may make the program available for download. Depending on what they've connected to the Mini, it may be difficult to get it out to program it.
You will need a copy of the Arduino IDE (the programming editor/compiler) and an FTDI cable to talk to the Mini. There may or may not already be an FTDI inside that box.
Did the granddaughters drop your camera and crack the screen too? That's an awful photo.
