looking for full code to do a simple elevator simulation using LED lights. Can someone help?

Yeah, I think for something like this you need to take a design approach and have a go at writing down what sort of behaviour you want to see from the system. Think about what your inputs and outputs are, and try to imagine what sorts of sensors and actuators you might be able to use. When you are able to describe your needs in a bit more detail I think you will be ready to ask some more specific questions that we can try to help you with.
Is that enough to get you thinking?

Try google, or try again if it was google that landed you up here. You aren’t the first person to want to do this. No doubt some one who put in a wee bit of time and effort will have left something around for you to take or maybe even learn form.

Please read the post at the start of any forum , entitled "How to use this Forum".
Can you please tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?
How many floors do you want to simulate?
Will you have "Call" buttons on each floor?
Do you want to simulate doors opening and closing or just elevator position?
A good start is to consider your I/O requirements.
