Help with creating sound

Hi,

I have the MP3-TF-16P audio module and could use some help setting it up. I want it to loop the sound bit non stop with about a 30 second pause in between. Wondering which pins need connecting.
Do I need an arduino board to run it or can I just run it directly through an amplifier?

Thank you so much! I think I answered my own question about the need for Arduino board.
Hopefully I can use the Micro board rather than an Uno.
