That makes sense. Itmwould explain why the system browned out when powered from the esc and fried when powered by the buck thingy.
Think I will get some of those modules and power two servos from each, and use the speed controller tompower the elecs.
Also I can then monitor the voltage to each servo or set of servos and eventually get a special failsafe coded tthat can react if the power goes down on individual servos.
Still, I have to try and ressurect the fried modules. Although I feel confident that the reason for frying was the buck spiking and i will take steps to avoid that in the future. I will look into diodes to protect from spikes on each servo just to be sure,
