I am new to arduino and am wanting to know if it is possible to use arduino to control 4 different lights on a tropical fish tank and link that to a recorded weather recording.. So if there was thunder and lightening you could flash lights in sync with the sounds? Thanks in advance

What sound ? Weather reports don't have thunder and lighting last time I checked.
