Help with Line Following robot code

Hi, I'm very new to Arduino coding and using the electronic bits in general, I wanted to make something fun to play with, but as of right now it is not working as intended, I posted my issue to Reddit but I couldn't find anything that helped too much, I tested my servos and they both work going forwards, backwards and stopping, but when I use the code that I have for the line follow program the servos won't stop spinning no matter what I do and it also doesn't follow the line at all, I've looked over the code a few times and don't really know what to change and I don't see what could be the problem.
