Can you tell us;
What model Arduiino are you using?
What motor controller you are using?
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
Can you post a picture of your project so we can see your component layout, please?
How are you powering your project?
Also in the IDE press ctrl-t, this will format your code with indenting to make it wasier to see your { } layers.
