Don't you think it would help if you told us what specific printer you have and what specific program you have for your PC.
As the printer communicates with the PC using a USB cable you would need a USB Host shield for your Arduino AND you would have to hope that the shield could recognize your printer.
I have an ANET A2 printer that has an LCD screen on it. I never use the LCD screen - I find it very much easier to control the printer from a laptop using the PronterFace program.
This is the sort of problem for which you may get better information on the RepRap Forum.
