Help with project. Please

I made a laser alarm system using Arduino but after uploading the code to the board, the laser beam was not visible but the module was switched on.

After clicking the reset button on the board, the beam was visible and working properly but just for a second and then it went back to being not visible like before.

I want the buzzer to go off for 3-4 seconds when the laser beam is obstructed.

How can I erase all the code uploaded in the and then write a new one acc. to the picture given below ? Please tell.

Another image for the wires attached to the board is this,

Hello sciencelist

Your power supply is to insuffcient.

By uploading again.

Can you tell the steps, I am confused. I have never used this, I only looked at a video to do this until now and they didn’t tell anything about how to do resetting.

Check out the "Getting Started" tutorial on this site (on the product page).

There is no point in echoing basic documentation in this forum, unless it's obscure and hard to find.

The #1 mistake of about 90% of Arduino beginners.

Get something like this and a box of AA batteries:

Don’t use a 9v battery to power projects like this.

As mentioned, use AA batteries.

You can use a 5v USB power supply (cell phone type charger) too.

The 3V3 pin on the Arduino cannot supply very much current.

Was due last week.
