Three ultrasonic sensors
Sensor Expansion board
Arduino uno r3
Ir sensors

I don't see any motor drivers specified. You cannot drive motors with the Arduino. You need drivers that can supply the current to the motors that the Arduino can control.
I don't see any power supply specified. You will need a power supply (battery?) of the proper voltage that can supply required current to the motors, sensors and the Arduino.
