help with RoyalTek reb-4216 GPS module

Hi All,

Pls I have got a RoyalTeck reb-4216 GPS module ,

I want to get my coordinates and display it on a screen,
the problem is not with displaying on the screen but how to use
the GPS shield to get the coordinates, from where to start ??
should i use ready use libraries or should i manipulate everything bit by bit,
