help with serial ports

Ok. So I checked the Datasheet from my gps (Venus638FLPx GPS Receiver): Baud Rate 4800 / 9600 / 38400 / 115200

I select 9600, because it worked fine, when I just communicated with my PC.

But it doesn't work
