HELP with Shifting ySD on Mega wiring!

Hi,

I am running into some trouble trying to find the correct pins to attach my SparkFun Level Shifting microSD to an Arduino Mega 2560 R3!

Online I can only find wiring charts for the another type of sd card reader not the SparkFun Level Shifting!

Does anyone know what pins I should be attaching them too!
