Help with sparkfun Motor Driver 1A Dual TB6612FNG?

Hey, i havent been able to figure out this Motor Driver 1A Dual TB6612FNG yet and ive looked around at the tother topics on the forums but i havent been able to firgure out how to conect everything to the driver board and the arduino. Im fairly new to all of this and i was wondering if i could could get some help with how to wire it up.

This is the code that i tried using that i couldn't figure out how to wire. I read the pins that everything is connected to and connected it like it said but i couldnt seem to get anything to work.

Wire up the H bridge to the power and ground. Connect the motors to the output of the H bridge. Wire the arduino outputs to the H bridge inputs.
