LOOK AT THE ATTACHED FILE AND PLEASE TELL ME IF THE FORM OF BRIDGING THE RESISTANCE IS CORRECT ... THE PROGRAM WORKS BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT IS CORRECT THANK YOU
Sorry but Your attachement does not dowload and open i my phone. Read advice how to attach info to questions the wright way.
If Your program works, way ask?
Its wrong, you hooked both ends of the resistor to ground so its doing nothing. You need a resistor on each LED. Loose the one you have there.

First fix your caps-lock key. All capitals is considered shouting and hence considered impolite.
+1 on the CAPS LOCK key - considered shouting in your face - some helpers in forums will not help all caps lock questions
Also use a better title - by definition almost everyone starting a thread is wanting help - so a good title lets someone determine if they can help and skip those threads they probably can't help - for instance if someone needed help programming FFT I would skip it
Also I have been taught to have one resistor per LED so if two are both on at the same time they won't take current from the other bulb
HEY! HEY!! DEMETRIUS!! TRY IT THIS WAY INSTEAD!!
