HELP!

I'm using a pro mini clone, and I have the driver needed installed. I can't upload anything. Please help ASAP!

Need driver installed?
Oh, it is installed already. Post pictures of the board.
What OS are you using? Version of Arduino IDE? What happens when you try to upload?

I'm using Windows 7, and my Arduino version is 1.6.5. The driver i'm using is for CH340G. The error message is :

Please post some pictures that are larger than 64x36
The 0x70 response means that you may have the worong board selected.

That's weird.... I have the pro or pro mini selected for my board. and sorry for the tiny pics. Here a link:

I mean pictures that you have taken. Have you tried using Arduino as ISP?

What do you mean, ISP? Here is a photo

Some arduino clones come with the wrong bootloader preloaded on the chips. If you always get the same number back as response (or almost-the-same number), and it's not 0x00, you should definitely try the other '328 based boards.

Try uploading to it telling the ide that it's an Uno, a Nano, and a Duemillanove. If one of them works, that's what happened.

There are like 4+ different boards that use the atmega 328p, and only differ in terms of how much auxiliary hardware they have on the board, and which bootloader they use (many people bootload all their '328p based boards as Uno's, since the Uno bootloader is the best)

Thanks a lot man! It got fixed! Yay!

Wait..... nvm it didn't

What happened?

I just thought it worked, but it didnt

Also, by the way, after a bit of time in the computer port, my programmer for the Pro mini was HOT.

Make sure you have the right board selected. Make sure you have the right chip/voltage selected. Make sure you have the right com port selected. Make sure your contacts are good. If you soldered on headers to the CTS/TX/RX/whatever, make sure your joints are solid. Try resetting the board once it says Uploading.

Please show better pictures of what you are working with. Do you have an FTDI board or just the cable thing?

What do you mean FTDI? I am just a kid and am a beginner.

FTDI is USB-to-serial interface.
