My computer does not recognize my Arduino Uno , I downloaded the latest version of Arduino , but does not recognize me connect and device manager in the choice of other devices appears to me as USB2.0 - Serial, and this with a yellow triangle. my pc is windows 8.1.

The yellow triangle means that something is wrong with the driver. What USB to Serial chip is on your Arduino?
If you rigth click on the device and select update driver software? But on the next step select "search automatically for update driver software".
If works, fine, else you would select the second choise "Browse my computer for driver software". At this case you have to download first the drivers of the arduino shield which you use, but I don't know more about this step.
I had the same problem and I did the first case and everything work fine.
