I had less electronics last time and there was a lot of stuff I would have loved to have got my hands on. Now I have too much stuff which I need to use so apart from some expensive stuff I'd like for a play around, there isn't too much I want.

Well that's one of the issues with how it's set up.
The new people won't be able to answer all the questions (or possibly any of them) and they won't have been with sparkfun for a year either...
If I manage to get something, I may donate it to a worthy recipient.

Well - I guess I'll give it another shot. Last year, I went into work early for Free Day, so I could hit it right at 9:00 am (normally, I float in at around 9), after I had spent a while the night before figuring out what I wanted.
It was a complete no-go; the servers were being pounded so hard, I could hear them screaming in Phoenix.
Oh well - I took it in stride and didn't complain too much; that's just the way the day was. This time, it sounds like it might be more interesting. I'll probably still end up "shorted"...
