Well that's one of the issues with how it's set up.
The new people won't be able to answer all the questions (or possibly any of them) and they won't have been with sparkfun for a year either...
If I manage to get something, I may donate it to a worthy recipient.
Perhaps you should try too and then donate it to someone.
