I have had my Arduino for almost half a year without being able to use it ( Driver problem Code 10 , June 01. Installation and troubleshooting ) and I'm now beginning to consider selling it.
Is it possible to sell an "unused" Arduino Uno R3 + associated Ethernet board through the Arduino official site/pages ?
Sorry to hear that you didn't manage to get it to work.
You can advertise it through these pages. Either 'Bar Sport' or 'Products and Services', if a mod doesn't like it it will get moved.
How much are you asking for it? I might buy it.
Is there no Arduino fellow in your neighborhood that could help you get started?
(or what is your location?)
Thank you scannable, Isaac96 and robtillaart
First priority is still to be able to use it but if my HP 250 + Windows 8.1 refuses to cooperate with the Arduino IDE I have to give up at some point (still hesitating...).
I don't have a price at the moment but of course it will NOT be more than a new one.
So it is a UNO R3 + Ethernet shield?

Perhaps you might want to open a thread (if you haven't got one already) - detailing -exactly- what is happening, what you've tried to resolve it, your error messages (perhaps screenshots of them too), etc. Maybe we can help you figure out how to get it working properly (or at least determine what the issue actually is - ie, whether it is software or hardware, the laptop or the Arduino - or something else entirely).
Just a thought...
Hi Isaac96 and cr0sh
Isaac96,
The boards: Arduino Uno R3 + Ethernet shield without PoE , also the very good book Making things talk (as new).
Cr0sh,
What is a thread ? I have explained my problem with text and pictures to the forum under "Installation and troubleshooting" it should be on page 8 or 9 (today) and " Driver problem Code 10 ".
Feel free to have a look.

That's a thread - a "thread of conversation" - as part of a forum posting - ie:
I will take a look at what you posted and see if anything stands out to me. If it does, I will post there.
It is not you "getting old" it is me being old.
My first "computer" was a programmable Compucorp back in 1975 which menas i easily get confused by modern acronyms and other confusonyms.
Sorry
So you are one of the guys from the beginning of time.
Anyway, check your other thread. ![]()

Well - ya got me beat there. My first real computer (not counting my Milton Bradley Big Trak) was a TRS-80 Color Computer 2 with 16K (and a tape recorder for storage) - back in 1984. I was 11 years old. That machine opened a whole new world for me - one that I am still exploring.
