Hex not working in proteus

Hi friends I to simulate my Arduino conde proteus but I'm getting error. this the hex file compiler generated "C:\Users\OPK_BOB\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino\sketches\81766172ECE2EE937472D2735697D51B/FireAlarm_sim800l_To_mit.ino.hex"

I'm using Arduino version 2.3.2.
any help.

This error has related to your Proteus schematic and not to Arduino hex file.
Test your connection diagram.
