Hi Everyone.

I'm new to Arduino and I've just got myself a Mega which I'm going to be using in my Quadrocopter. On a slightly different note though, I was just wondering if it's possible for the mega to control a robot which will drive forward until it detects an induction wire? Upon doing so, reversing about a meter, turning, and then driving forward again until it encounters the induction wire again?

Would this be possible?

It should be possible but you will have to do the driving and sensing circuits and interface them to the mega... not sure how you can sense induction

TDA0161 should be easy enough to work with as an inductive sensor.
