high amp H bridge verses ibgt for 24v motor

I need to drive some wheel chair motors and im wondering if I should get two high amp H bridges with all the protection built in (heat sinks look real small) or should I research using ibgt's that I can get for free from old 3 phase vfds that have been upgraded. The motors have a locked rotor current of around 40 amps at 24v.

The below might be worth a look.

Since your motor is so close to the maximum rating of the those h-bridge motor drivers I would recommend you buy 2 of whichever one you prefer and wire them in parallel.

I shouldn't have to tell you that the one with the larger visible HEATSINK would be a better choice.

Also, it should be obvious that there is an error with the first item on that page linked in Reply#1, being that it is not an H-bridge driver. The lens and the signal names (VSYNC, PCLK,HREF, XCLK,D0-D7) should be a dead giveaway. (not to mention the obvious absence of a heatsink on a 43A driver)

If you scroll down the link I posted you'll see it's a
