High temperature pressure transducer or pressure resistant temperature sensor

Hello everyone!

Currently I am building a home lab for plant tissue culture and bought a cheap manual autoclave from China. It has a pressure release mechanism triggering at 1.4 bar, but to properly sterilize the liquids it has to keep the pressure at 1.05 kg/cm² (1.029698 bar) in order to keep the goods at 121° Celsius.

Sadly all of them run on 10 to 30 Volt and I fried, albeit "playing it safe", two transducers and Arduinos in the process already.

I have one single transducer left I'd prefer not to fry, here is the data sheet.

I have a great deal and understanding of software, but lack the ability to wrap my head around the hardware/electronics part. Looking for help, pointers and suggestions to get the problem solved without frying more hardware

exact code for tranducer ??

Thanks for replying, knut_ny!

It is not about the code, but the proper wiring of all needed components: The transducer, the resistors. I do have a Fluke multimeter at my disposal but still managed to fry everything in the process.

I just realized that what I ask for is an idiots guide to connect a 5 to 20mA sensor to the Arduino
