Does anyone know if there are arduino libraries for higher resolution addressable leds? Such as the WS2812B is 8-bits per channel (0-255), I am interested in say 10 bits per channel (0-1023) or more?
Because 8-bit has visible steps when dimming low?
You could code the LEDs in sets of four, for a 10-bit resolution of the brightness in the room.
One LED set to PWM_1 and the other set to PWM_0 is 1/4 of the light (not brightness) of all four set to PWM_1.
Why not Google for "Arduino library xxx" where xxx is the model of 10-bit leds you want to use?
