Hiqh frquency and the arduino

so i have setup a simple circut to control a rc servo motor with a POT....what the servo is going is moving a slider that adjusts the amperage on a tig welder. the tig uses high frequency to start the arc and uses it constantly when its welding in AC mode. obviously the arduino is going to act weird with the HF and i am curious what the best way to sheild the arduino and servo from this interferance?

For starters, you might take a look at this current thread, but take the comments on use of shielded cases and shielded wires more seriously.
