HM-10 BLE Without breakout board

HI. I've got an HM-10 Bluetooth Low Energy module but it's only the stock module (3.3V), there is no break out board for 5V compatibility.

I'm trying to use it with an Arduino Nano, and I've come with this circuit.

I don't know if this 100% right. I've seen some images of the breakout board they use with this module and they seem more complex than that. Am I missing something?

Thank you!

The wiring is about all you need, but your comment is wrong, there are bare breakout boards, they cost about $1, and about the best reason I can think of for cobbling up your own wiring is when you specifically want to run it off 3.3v - not the case here. Note that, even with these boards, it is a good idea to put a 1k/2k divider on a 5v Arduino Tx line.

Hmmm. Just ordered a couple on eBay on a whim, in a few weeks I will know just how involved the interface is. :grinning:
