HM-10 bluetooth module ERROR

Hi folks!

I tried to change a baud for my HM-10 bluetooth module from 9600 to 38400 and I set it to 2400. Right now my module just accept AT and send back OK. For all another AT commands it send back ERROR two times. I tried AR+RENEW and AT+RESET, not working. If I add new HM-10 module and tried AT commands, it works perfect! So there is not wrong schematic connections!

Any help and experience like this?
