I found there
Send data at speeds of 800Kbps
So this means 800.000 bits per second on 300 RGB-Leds this means
800000 / (300*24) = 111.11 frames per second
1 / 111.11 = 0,9 milliseconds signal-propagation-delay?
I guess this calculation is too simple
