Hey guys check this out. Awesome home automation software that I made for a Windows PC, I think all Arduino enthusiasts will enjoy.

WHAT IS AVR HOME SYSTEM SERVER
If you are an Arduino enthusiast then you've probably wanted to have a central Arduino network for controlling your home and controlling it with ease but was limited to how well all your Arduino devices can perform with such demands. Arduino is a great tool but is very limited in hardware and coding could be tiring. Well let's break those boundaries with AVR Home System Server.
How Will It Work
Why should you get this software. First off it is a very simple and straightforward setup. The software is designed so that the computer does all of the work for you without the reliability of the performance of your Arduino device. The way it works is your Arduino devices on your home network have the job of receiving UDP data packets that the computer sends through the software with the click of a button that is programmable by you that your nodes decode, then use to do whatever you would like your device to do. In the software, you have the opportunity to define eight buttons for the computer to send at your discretion without worrying about programming that into your Arduino device. You see, getting rid of that demand on your Arduino device saves you hardware space, therefore the control interface is cheaper, and saves program space on the Arduino so you have more room for device functionality. Seems too good to be true, but we’ll let you be the judge of that. Well, start building.
