Home brew set up

Im planning a home brew set up using 5 flow controlers (with mechanical ball valves) and 1 pump, the ball valves are 12v the pump is 12v 3a,

The process is

Fill tank 1 (HLT) with water (60l say)
once full transfer some water to tank 2 (MLT) (25l say)
then run a pump (at a set rate of 3lpm) wait,
then transfer water from tank 2 in to tank 3 (at a set rate) while transfering water from tank 1 to tank 2( at the same rate as tank 1 to tank),
wait then run water through a cooler while running water from tank 3 to tank 4
(all heating control will come from a bsc460)

I belive id need 3 motor shields to do this id like 3 (lcd) screens to monitor fill levels and flow rates

So my questons are can i run this with 1 uno (if all ball valves and pump are individually powered)
Can i run multiple shields from one uno
Can 1 uno run multiple motor shields
Can 1 uno run 1 screen and change the display as the process steps through (though to keep things simple i may use 3 unos)

TIA
Pete

Some previous brew post.

Theres some very intesting and usefull stuff there thanks, but can some one confirm the hard ware required please ?

Pesh

Ive spotted an obvious mistake with this one i wont have enough pins to drive every thing from one uno.

Can any one confirm how many pins the TFT LCD Screen uses and how many the Motor shield uses

TIA
