I have a little question regarding the homeplug communication.
For an experimental work, I need to send data via Homeplug. In every example or documentation, always only the ethernet data is sent over the Homeplug however I want to send a data which is not in the form of internet data packages. It is a serial communication data of 2 Arduinos.
Do you know whether this is possible? Is it possible to send unformatted data via the Homeplug? Or must I somehow put my data into a specific format and must I also buy an ethernet shield? Or is it fine if I only solder the 2 of the CAT 5 connector to my R and Tx pins on Arduinos?
