Hello,

Is it possible to connect an AWM700 Series Airflow Sensor to Arduino using analogRead or some other method. I know Arduino can respond with an integer between 0 and 1023, but I had some problems with it before. The numbers kept fluctuating from 0 to 1023 every few seconds.

According to the datasheet, that airflow sensor requires 10V.

I don't know air flow sensors, but I think they use a heating strip and measure the cooling by air, or they block a part of the tube and measure the pressure difference. I assume that 10V is needed for the heater and it won't work with 5V.
