Hooking up several sensors to the Arduino Board

Hi,

I'm looking into connecting several VEX sensors to Arduino Uno, yet I see there is only one 5V port. Should I just connect all sensors in parallel? Are there any limits on how many sensors the board can handle?

Also, slightly off topic, can anyone confirm that this is what the color coding for VEX sensors is:
White: Grounding
Red: +
Black: -
Orange/Yellow: ?

All the VEX sensors I find have only three wires. I expect Red is +5, Black is Ground, and the third wire is Signal.

Yes, all the Red and Black wires would connect together to +5V and Ground.
