Update to anyone flowing the thread or finding it for the first time
Controller has worked well, the only problems on the core design have been with the buttons, that are not 100% water proof
The web interface is not the most reliable, but I note that there is now a V2 ethernet shield
So time for a revisit
Membrane keypad or a colour touch screen seems to be the way to go .....
