House alarm circuit help plz

Can someone help me make this house alarm circuit I want to be able to use arduino to program a fingerprint sensor in which I can make it arm a house alarm circuit or disarm it with a time delay of 30 secs in which it is to be fully armed I don't know what components would go where like the battery , p.i.r sensor or piezo sounder . Can someone help me here with what other components I would need where they should be placed in a arduino uno r3 board and what I need to do to as in where should I connect each component to make a house alarm with those key components ( fingerprint sensor to arm disarm, LCD display to show the 30 seconds ticking so user can see how many seconds left to exit the area, rechargeable batteries for power, p.i.r sensor to detect movement, piezo sounder to sound alarm which increases in volume as time passes it should be really loud after 30 seconds, l.e.ds flashing as second output )

If you brief us properly on your project by telling us which arduino you have and linking the hardware (post vendor's link) you are using we can try to help you. You need to decide where you want to start. If you have no arduino experience maybe you need to get some before attempting a project of this complexity.
