how can connect arcad joystick (MaxFighter F-16) to arduino?

have a MaxFighter F-16 old joystick ( Serial port not a USB) like this image
and i don't know how can connected it to arduino

What sort of serial port is that?
Is it really a game port (15 pin D-type)?

It's not a serial port, it's a joystick connector.
