How can I connect CC2541 to SmartRF Studio 7 using Arduino for FCC tests?

Hi!

I have a bluetooth module HM-10 that uses the chipset CC2541 from TI. I need select its frequency channel (2402 MHz, 2440MHz and 2480MHz) and configure configure the module to work in a continuous transmit condition (100% duty cycle) that is required in FCC tests.

I saw that these configurations for chipset CC2541 can be setted using the software SmartRF Studio7 and CC debugger to connect the module to PC. However I don't have the CC debugger and I saw some peole saying that could be done using Arduino.

Is somebody knows how use Arduino to connect the Bluetooth HM-10 to SmartRF Studio 7?
