If you are sure that it's DC and not AC then use a transtistor with sufficiently high operating voltage (Vce, Vds). A driver and isolation circuit may be required to drive the Ib or Vgs.
But before you start killing and damaging things and yourself better search for a low-side switch module for the required voltage and current.
Not exactly the driver you need, but this will give you some insight "how to"...
