How can I flash a binary file using Arduino IDE?

Hi,
I'm finding a way to upload a compiled binary file (.bin or .hex) into a Nano 33 IoT. I've already understood how to get it and how to upload it using the command prompt, but now I'm looking for a way to do it into the Arduino IDE. Does anyone know how to do it? It would mean a lot to me! Thanks
