How can I get a whole call sound

Hi everyone my name is Felipe and I am begnning with Arduino. Today I would like to know how can I get a whole call sound and to pass it to my computer, their speaker , in real time?

Microphone + amplifier. Aim microphone at the source of this "whole call", connect speaker to the speaker connection of the amplifier.
Don't know what an Arduino would have to do here.
