How can I get HMR3000 sensor hex data in float type..

I am trying to observe the HMR 3000 sensor data on serial monitor , but the data we get is on hex format...so my question is how can I convert the hex data into float type and print it on serial monitor..... please guide me...

Probably not. Data are always binary whereas "hex" is a human readable representation of binary data.
