How can i install arduino software?

Hi anyone please elaborate how can i install arduino software latest release. because i am new. I am just starting to develop some my project.

Do you want to install the latest release of version 1 of the IDE (1.8.19) or the all new version 2.0 which has just been released ?

BTW the latest release is version 2.0.0

Personally I would not recommend version 2.0.0 for a beginner. It still has a few quirks and is not as familiar to many users here as version 1 should help be needed with the IDE itself
